to start it really is best to stay within the plan unless you are counting your starches, meats etc which honestly for me is harder to do
Forward ever...Backward never
Start Weight = 223
Present Weight = 197

Sometimes, it's totally worth it, but you can't double dip.......and still lose weight.

No matter which way you go: eating JC food or doing the meals on your own. They must be portion controlled. Cause as Carmen said you can't just have whatever you want. Well you can actually as long as you follow the plan.
Why are you going back on only Jenny?

I added food and gained a couple of pounds. I was down 14 pounds in 6 weeks and for the last 2 weeks have been wasting time....up 2 pounds. But as of yesterday, I am NOT ADDING little bites of son's grinders....wine....potato chips....etc. that is all what got me heavy--think what would a SKINNY CHICK DO? she'd feel her hunger and get out of the kitchen...let's run out of the kitchen! ha
stay on the plan until you are down another 10 pounds...then take a few days off and then start again. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Let's get busy!!!
Yesterday I had a glass of low sodium V8 juice and that really helped take the edge off!
