Well, I haven't weighed in since Sunday, but I'm going to use that weight as my end weight for the challenge. 165.8lbs. I think this is UP .4lbs, but considering what I just put my body through, I'm not too concerned. I'm pretty happy where I am right now.

Jessica, I'm happy you got your whoosh on the scale this morning. Great job! And thanks for posting pictures of you and your adorable daughter. I plan on taking some pictures later on once I get gussied up. I'll post them tomorrow in the Christmas challenge.

Kristen, you may have gone up from water weight from doing extra physical activity. I know that small gain will come off soon. Heck a good sneeze and you'll be there. Posted Image

Kristina, I'm glad to see that you are in a good place and totally agree with you; you've put your body through a lot in the last couple weeks. Now that you're on the mend, I know you'll attack full speed during the Christmas challenge.

I was down a pound from yesterday, giving me a loss of 0.4 on the scale this morning for my official weigh in day. Considering I was up 1.2 during this week, I am grateful for any loss. So, here are my stats from when I began the challenge and this morning...

SW: 169
CW: 164.2

So, a 4.8 loss ain't too shabby for me at this stage in my life. I fell 2.2 pounds short of my goal, but not being able to exercise due to injury didn't help. I'm hoping to get back into it (slowly!) in the Christmas challenge. I may have to adjust my goal weight in that one.

Okay, so let's be on our best behavior today gang! Keep thinking about how much better we are going to look and feel on Christmas day to help keep us accountable today. Today will be a challenging day for most of us, to say the least, but we can do this. We are all in this together!!! Have a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving all!
