Next 10lbs are slower than the first

Hi guys,

Well I don't know if I'm doing something different or I should be doing something different. My first 10lbs were lost withing 1 month in a half this next ten are taking longer. I'm coming up on 2 months and I've only lost 6 lbs. I keep eating Jenny Craig everyday sticking to the same routine, walking/ jogging 3x per week and ab workout 4x per week.

Please help and let me know if I should change it up

yeah that sounds about right. You always lost a bunch right in the beginning, mostly water. And then it levels out to about 1-2 pounds a week. so 6 pounds in a month is right on track. Keep up the good work!!!
