Jogged 3 times this week and walked over 15 miles total

Way to go! Amazing progress! Did someone say "New Clothes?" That would be a nice reward for lots of hard work.

Week 21 6 lbs gone and 61 lbs over all so far... I know, I'm a guy, it comes easy for us.... but it isn't that easy.. I'm reading labels, eating right, exercising and feeling great. I hope you all are doing well too. just can't believe I've made it this far..

Congratulations! Amazing job! --you know you deserve every pound lost with the exercise and eating right! Men may lose a little faster than women, but it's a battle regardless to make exercise and eating healthy a priority. You're already a third of the way down--doesn't it feel wonderful!

Hey--how did the 5K go? I know many of the posters are doing that C25K app and moving along. I'm not a runner (not even a jogger) but can surely appreciate the work that goes into preparing for a 5k.

ok so slipped up for the past 3 weeks... but back at it now full steam ahead.. got my food for the week and energy is picking up... eating that fast food garbage for 2 weeks will do you in....

I haven't fixed my signature yet but.... I went a holy land search of fatty foods for 3 weeks and gained 13 lbs... got back on jenny when I returned from the **** that is FAT LAND and in 1 week 8.6 gone back on track at least 100 lbs loss here I come! BTW Twinkies are that good any longer...

Way to kick it back in gear. Life events can get in way of our progress. Hopefully as we continue to lose and learn, they wont derail us so much in the future. Great job getting back on the horse :)

I was right there with you! I lost my way for two weeks and felt disgusting. Got back on track last Saturday and feel so much better. I can't wait to weigh in this Saturday.

Glad to see you're back on track! I did the same over the 4th of July--it only took me one week and I gained almost 9 pounds. The great thing is that when you begin again with that laser like focus, the weight comes right back on!! Whoot! Whoot! on the 100 lb down train!
