Simply Inspired: Thai Style Ramen Noodle Bowl

The ultimate guide to elevating your ramen dish! A few simple ingredients take this Thai style ramen noodle bowl to the next level.

 

Ingredients

  •          1 Jenny Craig Ramen Noodle Bowl Entrée
  •          1 Stalk Lemongrass
  •           ½ Tbsp PB Powder
  •           1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •           1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  •           ½ tsp Coriander
  •           Pinch of Cilantro
  •           ½ Lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ramen Noodle Bowl as directed on packaging
  2. Separate broth from noodles and veggies
  3. Add coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, PB powder to bowl with broth
  4. Whisk ingredients together and add the lemongrass stalk
  5. Add broth mixture back to the Jenny Craig Ramen Noodles Entrée
  6. Squeeze on fresh lime juice
  7. Garnish with cilantro

PB Powder is powdered peanuts.  There are ground from their natural state into very fine powder.  PB Powder has less calories, fat, and sugar vs. Peanut Butter spreads.
