1/4 cup of yellow peppers sliced
1/4 cup of portabella mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup of zucchini sliced
3-4 slices of red onion
Pinch of ground pepper
Jenny Craig Margherita Pizza
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Chop veggies and season if desired.
Roast veggies in oven for 15 minutes in greased pan.
Prepare Jenny Craig Margherita Pizza as instructed on box.
Layer the veggies on top of the pizza and enjoy!

1 tbsp low-fat feta cheese
Peach slices (grilled)
Caramelize your onions. Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the onions with a pinch of salt and cook until golden brown.
Grill your peach slices until soft.
Layer on the arugula, onions, and peaches to the prepared Jenny Craig pizza.
Top off with a sprinkle of feta cheese.

- 1 Jenny Craig Blueberry and Oats Square
- ¼ cup cherries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Fresh mint leaves
- Chop the strawberries and combine in a saucepan with the blueberries and cherries.
- Stir over medium heat until they become a jam-like paste (about 10-12 minutes).
- Spread the berry compote on top of the Jenny Craig Blueberry and Oats Square
- Top with Chia seeds, cinnamon, and a fresh mint leaf.
- Serve and enjoy!

1 Jenny Craig Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowl
1/3 cup of julienned carrots
1/3 cup of julienned red radish
½ cup rice vinegar unseasoned (for pickling carrots and red radish)
3-4 rice paper rolls
½ lime wedge
Siracha or chili flakes to taste
Pickle your veggies:
½ cup rice vinegar (boil)
1 carrot, julienned
1 small radish, julienned
Soften a rice paper wrap in water for 30 seconds
Fill with 1 prepared Jenny Craig Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowl
Remove rice paper wrap from water and layout on flat surface
Garnish to taste with your prepared veggies

2 small Zucchinis
1 prepared Jenny Craig Cheesy Beef Enchilada Bowl
1/3 cup sliced Green Onion
1/3 cup diced Tomato
1 pinch Cilantro
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare Jenny Craig Cheesy Beef Enchilada Bowl as instructed on the packaging.
Slice two small zucchinis lengthwise and hollow out the middle to make the zucchini boats. Discard the seeds.
Scoop the Jenny Craig Cheesy Beef Enchilada Bowl into the zucchini boats. Place in oven on a tray or oven-safe container for 20 minutes or until zucchini looks tender.
Take zucchini boats out of the oven. Top with sliced green onion, diced tomato, and cilantro as you like or with your favorite fresh and free additions.

Jenny Craig Vanilla Cream Shake, freeze in plastic ice cube tray prior to use
Jenny Craig S'mores Bar, cut into 6 pieces and freeze for 15 minutes prior to use
1-3 oz. cold diet cream soda
½ cup riced cauliflower, frozen
2 Tbsp sugar-free whipped topping*
Sugar-free cocoa powder*
Light chocolate syrup for garnish* (rim only)
Add frozen vanilla shake cubes, 1-3 ounces of diet cream soda, frozen pieces of S’mores bar and frozen riced cauliflower into a blender. (Note: Shake thickness is dependent upon the desired amount of soda used).
Blend for 30 seconds on high speed or until smooth.
Dip rim of decorative stemware/glass in chocolate syrup. Hold upside down for approximately 1 minute so syrup doesn't drip down the sides of the glass.
Pour the shake into the glass.
Add whipped topping, dust lightly with cocoa powder and add a straw.
