What you Can Expect 

When you walk into a Jenny Craig center for the first time, you’re walking into a warm, comfortable, judgment-free place. First, your consultant will explain the program and answer all of your questions while getting to know you. Jenny Craig isn’t a one-size-fits-all program, so you’ll work with your consultant to customize a plan for success! Together, you’ll develop a two-sided commitment that keeps you and your consultant accountable to each other. You’ll then complete your profile by recording your height and weight. You and your consultant will review the Jenny Craig menu and discover all the delicious food you get to eat. No foods are off-limits. Your consultant will keep track of your success with weekly support, weigh-ins and teach you how to self-monitor.

My first week doing jenny Craig still learning. How many calories to replace a soup addition. I didn't get the soups. Thank you

Hi @Gerri Pruchnicki,

The Soup Additions are 'extras' if you want them, you do not have to have one each day.  They can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a tasty snack in between meals if you are hungry. Each Soup Addition is 70 calories and counts as 2 Limited Free Foods and 1 Vegetable.  Ask your consultant to add some to your next order so you can try them.

Just started today on Cinco De Mayo. Looking forward to this journey. I have a long way to go but feel hopeful and encouraged today. This plan will take a lot of stress off of me. One less thing to worry about with all of the menu's done for me. Really excited! Kim R.

I started the diet on Sunday - it's been 4 days and I've already lost 5 lbs ! The food is AMAZING and my family is actually very encouraging, I know this will be easy for me as this plan has you eating so often I'm never hungry- I used to only eat once a day- ( I'm sure that wasn't helping me get into this condition) 

It's SO easy with the premade meals, takes the guess work out and teaches you as you go portion sizes so when you are on your own you really have a understanding of it ! I LOVE it !
