1/3 lemon, zested
1/4 cup blueberries
1. Saute berries over medium heat for 1 minute or until the berries release their natural juice.
2. Add Breakfast Syrup and stir gently.
3. Add half of the lemon zest.
4. Lightly crush berries, allowing them to color the syrup mixture
5. Prepare Blueberry Pancakes & Sausage as directed
7. Garnish with remaining lemon zest.
