Anyone Want to Take my T25? FREE

guys and gals - i have decided that T25 is just not my cup of tea - i am not into the exercise though it is very good.

I seem to be a kettlebell and step kind of girl so i am looking for a new home for these CDs.

 

 

 if you go out on line you will see the entire set - i have the Beta and the Gamma CDs and the calendar to keep track of your work outs ( slightly used )  I do not have the booklets that came along but they are mostly about nutrition and eating schedules and meals, something we all already have down pat with JC.

 

If you are interested private message me and we can work out the details to mail these out.  I am giving these away, they are free.

Week 3= 181.

Week 4= 180.4

Week 5= 181

Week 6= missed WI

Halloween Challenge goal - get below 170

week2=176.2

week3 = 178.2
