I'm only starting my second week so haven't had a chance yet to get tired of the foods, but with 20+ lunch and dinner choices, I figure that's 3 weeks worth of food with no repeats, let alone the MOMO's that I'll have, so it's probably a month of food with no repeats. If I stay on for 2-3 months (plan for now), I'll only be having 2-3 repeat meals. So far, I've actually liked all the food, and I've just gone with what the JC plan recommended.
Re: Kirstie Alley. Not sure why so many people are up in arms over her? I like seeing a former thin actress (check her out when she was in her 20's) who has gone through the same struggles we all have. As private a person as I am (no one in my real life knows I'm doing JC), I applaud her for going so public with her struggle.
Sure, she's getting paid, but I wouldn't do it even if JC offered to pay me. It's just too private a thing for me, and for most women. Kirstie doesn't need the money, but she obviously needs the help.
Her "circus fat" comment didn't help her, but I think she said it from a genuine place of trying to be funny. We've all stuck our foot in our mouths before, hers just happened to be filmed.
