I am struggling fellow JC'ers. My name is Hope, I'm a 26yo 5ft 2in college student and have been a member since February 2013, I started at 227/8 and was down to 198lbs last fall but am back up to 204 as of Friday. I do each of the following 2x a week, zumba, kardio kickbox, weights, & body pump, I know muscle weighs more than fat etc... but this past week I went up from 201 to 204!!! On plan and everything, how do you stay positive and on plan when you are seeing negative results.
My consultant is talking to the nutrition team to see what to do because I am at my wit's end add in the cost of the food/program it is even more frustrating.
I graduate with my undergrad May 17th, the goal was and still is to be securely under 200lbs, I was 203 when I graduated high school in 2007 and gosh darnit I want to be less than that and under 200.
I need whatever you can give me in the form of pointers, support, just anything, that feeling of 'I'm never going to meet my goal and am damned to be fat my whole life' is creeping in on me.
Goal Weight: short term: 150lbs
long term: 115-125 +/-
Was 201 now 204
