I've always loved the saying "There's strength in numbers." How true that is when we all come together for our challenges? I've never know a more supportive group of people as I have found here that encourage and support one another to reach our goals of a healthier, fitter body. I am so thankful for you all for making these challenges so much fun. We make a pledge and working hard to achieve our goals...whether we reach them or fall a little short, we still get a little closer to our ultimate goal weights with each challenge we do. That's what matters; moving forward!
Let us continue to inspire and motivate with this Memorial Day challenge. It'll officially start on Monday, April 21, the day after Easter. But you can join at any time, be it today or a few days before this challenge ends, which will be on May 26. That gives us 5 weeks to make a difference in how we look and feel.
In case you're new to challenges, all you do is state how many pounds you'd like to lose during this challenge or how many workouts you'd like to do, whatever goal/goals you have in mind. Just remember to be reasonable; Rome wasn't built in a day, and there'll be plently more challenges in the future to make more goals to work on. Let's take our losses off a little by little and watch them add up over time.
For this challenge, I'm going to concentrate on exercise consistency. I'm loving what my T-Tapp workouts are doing for me in the short time I've been doing them. So my goal is to continue to do a full T-Tapp workout 3 times a week.
How about you all? Step on up and claim your spot and tell us what you want to accomplish during this challenge. The more the merrier, folks!!
