Yes it is very overwhelming!!! It is wonderful to read all these posititive remarks and to see the changes too. I also struggle with the negative self talk and the fear that I will fail again at trying to loose weight!!! But I am going to keep pushing on because I do believe the weight is holding me back and holding me down and I have so many other things I want to do and try!!!

Week 1= 191.6
Week 2= 190.8
Week 3= 188.6
Week 4= 188.4
Week 5= 184.4
Summer Challenge Goal = get into 170's and lose 10 pounds
Week 1= 184
Week 2= 181.6
Week 3= 181.
Week 4= 180.4
Week 5= 181
