Tracker Not Totalling

The bar charts in "My Tracker" area are not showing the correct total calories that I have entered in the "Track Today" pop up menu.

Is there some unobvious trick to this? It appears to be a bug.

I have seen that once in awhile and i would just reenter the meal entry and it seemed to work out correctly

Its still not working - I deleted, added, deleted, added, now the screen is just white.
This appears to be problem when ever I add a food. Is there a tech help email or is forum it?

The web site appeared to be working this morning. But now its not totaling correctly again. Is there a credit for the days that the web site is malfunctioning?

The JC tools do not compete with other tools for WW, Myfitness Pal, Fitbit, etc.  I hope they are working on improvements.  Very frustrating and time consuming.  Calories do not total correctly even through the tracker shows them tracked.

It's a shame, but I gave up on the JC tools altogether. My fitness pal works so much better!

Jtriptow I agree with you about MyFitness Pal. I was using JC tracker and most of the time it was hard to work with especially when I used my tablet which was most of the time. Every time I would open it up it would go to breakfast automatically. If I didn't check that I would mess up my entry. I just started using MyFitness Pal calorie counter and it is so easy to use and loads of food choices to pick from. I can log everything fast and accurate.
