Ugh, now I'm fighting

Ugh, so I'm having such a hard time on the program! I've been following JC since June and lost about 8 pounds (I only wanted to lose 10 when I signed up)

I have gained several pounds back and it's due to me invading the sugar candies...gummies, sweedish fish, jelly beans...............ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a runner and people say.....oh you can eat that...but I can't. It's me allowing a bad thing to happen that makes me so mad! I have NO control around sugar items!!!!!!!

Any suggestions as to how I can 're-excite' myself on the program!?

Also, do you just always have these goodies around the house and that's why it's tempting you, or do you go out and buy them when you get a craving?

I have a big sweet tooth myself, but I feel that JC gives you lots of sweet items to satisfy that sugar monster. I like the more sweet breakfasts like the pancakes, cinnamon rolls, blueberry loaf and french toast, and I take advantage of the 6 tbls of non-fat/sugar-free whipped cream we are allowed daily to put some on those breakfasts and on my cheesecake or brownie later that night. It makes both so much more decadent for me. Then there is the anytime bar that is an extra sweet goodie to have during the day. Maybe try cutting it in half and have one half between breakfast and lunch and the other between lunch and dinner. I like to have it with a stevia-sweetened cup of green tea. Speaking of tea, I like to have 5-6 cups daily and sweeten only with stevia. It's a little sweet treat between meals that keeps my mouth busy so I don't have time to think about eating something I shouldn't.

Hope these suggestions help you like they do for me.

Thank you so much for inviting me to the challenge!!!!!!!!! I LOVE reporting on a daily basis what I do and eat! It helps me stay accountable............because I don't want to post that I ate a BAG OF GUMMIES!!!!!!!!! Hahahaah! Thank you so much!

I know where you're coming from with the cravings, except my craving is always for salt! I love the idea that Sandy has about cutting the anytime bar in 1/2! That's a GREAT idea!
