I don't know what I was thinking, but today I was at work and wanted something sweet.  I decided to buy some sugar free candy, and count it as my free limited foods for the day. I didn't realize the horrific effect that this would have on my body! I ate ONE SERVING.  About 2 hours after eating my serving, I began experiencing horrible stomach cramping, which resulted in about 15 trips to the restroom over the following 4 hours.  NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wow!  I know eating sugar-free products with sugar alcohols can cause major intestinal distress when you eat too much, but one serving?!?  I'm so sorry to hear that.  Hope you feel better soon.

I recently was at Target and almost bought some Weight Watcher Candy but decided if I want candy I'd rather have one good piece ( Sees, Godiva, etc.) than several so-so pieces....in the end I didn't buy anything..

OH boy do I agree with you on that! One time I bought sugar free gummy bears and ate the whole container! OH MY! It was bad.......in not that long of time! :(
