I feel like its going so slow. I've lost 13.5 lbs in 7
weeks.

Karen, I felt that way at the beginning, too, but all those small losses start adding up quickly. I don't know how old you are, but for me, after hitting 45 (I'm 51 now), my weight loss slowed down to a crawl on any diet I tried. I just came to realize that it's just hard to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week for me. But you'll get there eventually if you just keep on the plan.

Looks like you are right on target with your weight loss 1-2 lbs per week. Remember that is the safe healthy way of doing it and will allow you to have long term results! awesome work!

Yes, sometimes it feels IMPOSSIBLY long to lose but once you get there or even over the halfway hump, you'll start to forget how long it's taken to get there and you'll just keep basking in how good it feels to be there.

Thanks everyone. I'm just going to keep going, it has to come off. I'll be glad when I can start to feel like I've lost weight, cuz so far I feel
nothing.

5'4", 46 years old, start date 7/18/2012 236.4 lbs, i work out a lot.

Karen, I am sure you feel something. I too lost 13 lbs in 5 weeks and I do feel the difference already. My pants fit me better and I definitely feel less bloated. Try on something that was really tight when you just started Jenny and you will see that difference.

Back in 2008 I lost about 84 lbs on Jenny, from 250 SW I went down to about 166 lbs but after my membership was cancelled I didn't go thru the maintenance faze and now I'm back again at almost 250 lbs.

Start Date: 1/19/2014
SW: 246.4lbs
CW: 194.2 lbs
TWL: 52.2 bs

GW: 180.0 lbs


Week 1-4 (1/26) : - 12.1
Week 5-8 (2/22): -7.9

St, Patrick's Day Challenge - SW: 234.3 lbs / GW 227 lbs - 3/15 Weight --> 226.4 lbs. Lost 7.9 lbs
Starting Easter Challenge at SW: 226.4 lbs - want to loose another 7 lbs  - Lost total of 11.6 lbs.
Week 9-12 (3/22): -9.8 (216.6)
Week 13 (4/19): -1.8 (214.8) 

Starting Memorial Day Challenge at SW 214.8 - aiming for 10 lbs loss.  Lost 9lbs by 5/24

Week 14 - 18 (4/26): -9 (205.8)

4th of July Challenge - aiming for 10 lbs.

Week 19-23 (5/31 - 6/28): -9 (196.8)

Week 24 (7/05): -0.4 (196.4) - 4 of July Challenge End - lost 9.4 lbs

Summer Slim Down Challenge - aiming for 12 lbs

Week 25 (7/13): -2.2 (194.2)
