My JCC was asking what I was going to do for a reward for making it to maintenance. I thought and thought and thought. I'd already done the mani/pedi thing, new clothes along the way, and really didn't need anything. So, I found a deal for a canvas portrait at Target and made MY appt. no kids, no hubbie, I took my old black FAT pants with me and had a photo taken to hang in my bathroom. It'll be the smile on my face I see every morning that will keep me motivated and the size of those pants that will keep me out of snack drawer! Can't wait to get in hung!!

St. Patrick's Day Challenge 2015- Goal- 12 pounds, Exercise 3x/week + start weights again in Feb.

**changed goal to 15 pounds

 

Week 1- lost 4.6 pounds

Week 2- lost 2.4 pounds

Week 3- lost 1.2 pounds

Week 4- lost 1.8 pounds  (10 pound mark!) 

Week 5- no loss

Week 6- up .6  (sigh)

Week 7- lost 1.8 pounds, started weights again  (11.8 pounds down since week 1)

Week 8-

Week 9-

Week 10-

Fantastic idea...wish I'd have thought of that and kept a pair of large pants! You've gotta post a pic for us to see, cause I really wanna see it!

Labor Day Challenge Goals: 

       1- Just LOSE weight

What a motivator! I think that's a great reward and one that will always inspire you to stay at goal! Congratulations!
