I use the journal feature on here on a regular basis and after the website changes, I can't view my past entries. I see the dates that I journaled but that's it. There's an Edit button but it comes up with a blank page. PLEASE tell me I didn't lose all of those entries, I had a few years in there and if I need to move them I will. But meanwhile, how do I get access to what I've already typed in there?

I can't believe the tech support has not worked out all the bugs yet since they're changed their site several weeks ago. It's very frustrating indeed!

Have you tried right clicking over the edit button and clicking on "open link in new tab?" That seems to work for me on several of the buttons here.

I asked the online help the same question (how to view old journal entries) and was told the following (I'm copying out of the email reply they sent me Nov. 17, 2013):
"In order to review and edit your journal entries created through your online access, follow these steps:
- On your dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Add feature module."
- Select and add "My Journal"
- Your journal entries should now reflect in the box
- select "archives". From here you can review every journal you have writte.
- Click "edit" to edit any Journal you have written

If you have any further questions or concerns regards to your online access, please do email us or give our customer service team a call at 1-800-536-6933 with your Jenny ID: xxxx, so we can better assist you."

It was signed Leo McNair, Resource Center.

Hope this helps your problem too. :-)

Thanks for the responses. I'll try those tips. Yes it is VERY frustrating that there are STILL so many bugs from their website update. So stupid. I won't even bother with the menu planner, it was WAY too hard to navigate. *Sigh* Okay, vent over. ;-) Hope you both have a wonderful day!

Great. Just typed a post and it disappeared. Well I STILL can't see my past journal entries. Don't any website monitors check this thread? Or is it just for other members to try help? Just want to know how to access my old journal entries. It shows the dates with an Edit button next to them, but when I click Edit it goes to a blank page. And from one of the tips above, there's supposed to be an Archives link? I don't have that. Tried what was mentioned above and nothing worked. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem. None of my past entries are visible.

Tried that already - doesn't work. My archived entries are blank when I go to edit them.
