Update... Headed into week 3

So week 1 I lost just under 2lbs
Week 2 I lost just over 4lbs! Feeling great. So far I've lost about 16lbs this month (I did a detox before starting JC). I have a weird question sort of. I'm not sure why but I always feel nervous when going for my weekly weigh in. I follow the plan and have yet to cheat or fall off, but for whatever reason I feel like I haven't lost weight... Even though I can physically tell I can. Is this just me and my over-analytic nerves, or do any of you deal with that?

I'm always nervous too! Whether it was a good or bad week, I get anxious that I won't lose at my weigh in.

  Week 11 (10/07/13): -0.5 lbs  (-12.9 total)
  Week 10 (10/01/13):  No weigh in

  BMI = 35.8 as of Week 9 (down 2 points!!)
  Week 9   (09/24/13): -1.4 lbs  (-12.4 lbs total)
  Week 8   (09/17/13): -0.0 lbs  (-11.0 lbs total)
  Week 7   (09/10/13): -0.8 lbs  (-11.0 lbs total)
  Week 6   (09/03/13): -1.6 lbs  (-10.2 lbs total)

  Down 8 inches as of Week 5!!!
  Week 5   (08/27/13): -1.2 lbs  (-8.6 lbs total)
  Week 4   (08/20/13): -2.2 lbs  (-7.4 lbs total)
  Week 3   (08/13/13): -0.2 lbs  (-5.2 lbs total)
  Week 2   (08/06/13): -3.2 lbs  (-5 lbs total)

11/14/13: -.8 lbs (-14.8 total)    BMI = 37.8 at Starting Weight
11/05/13: -14 total Week 1   (07/30/13): -1.8 lbs  (-1.8 lbs total)

Half-way goal: 195
