Sorry, that was really brief. I'm considering joining JC. However, I'd like to know what the add ons would be each day. I'm assuming fruits and veggies? Anything else? How much additional $ should I expect to spend at the grocery store?

Thanks!

Amanda- I buy fruit and veggies then dairy. I don't know how much I spend per week on just my food at the store since I buy for both my husband and I. I suppose it depends on which veggies you want and if they are on sale. I would guess about $50 a week for my stuff plus jenny food.

I buy the little fruit cups, no sugar added. That really helps me around 3 p.m..I do not buy their salad dressings, I make my own. Mustard, vinegar, celery seed, one packet of fake surgar. it is wonderful. I do my own 1/2 baked potato, theirs are terrible. you can even put the salad dressing on the baked potato.

Fruit, non starchy vegetables, dairy (milk, yogurt --preferably Greek, lowfat or nonfat cheese). For extras some buy sugar free jello, nonfat whipped cream, salad dressings and sugarfree maple syrup. Please try new veggies (roasting them--delicious) and you can fill up on these through out the day--very important!
