Tools and Adding Foods

Hi there. I am new to the community and I'm happy to be here. I am having some difficulty adding foods/drinks to my dashboard. I.e. I cannot add a regular cup of drip coffee or Coconut Milk. Items are brand specific and type specific. There is Coconut creamer, but no milk. hmmm.  Is there a way where we can add foods that are not on the list provided??

Hi Chelleybean, i dont think the JC dashboard is all that good for logging.  Most of us use www.myfitnesspal.com to log all our food, they have all the JC foods and a million other foods , and if they dotn have it you can add it.
