When you look in the mirror and see no change, and still keep faith, knowing that in time you will get there if you stay focused and on track, that's the difference between those who succeed and those who fail.

October 27--Down 5 lbs! Going full blown JC got me back on track(some sodium related loss). Reset my goal to 170. 2.1 lbs away.
October 14, 2013--Not quite starting over. Caught myself before I went totally off the railroad tracks--just hanging on by a wheel but still in there. I'm up quite a bit this past week. Weigh in is on the 20th. Damage is done, just getting myself in the right frame of mind.

I have tried WW and Atkins and all that stuff. This is the first program that I have stuck to and don't feel deprived. I love it. I am also going to be 48 and, although I was never overweight when I was younger, I became hypothyroid around 30. Then, I just got older, more stressed, tired, had no time. I gained weight. Every day I would think about losing weight but never did anything about it. Every year, around Summer, I would say to myself, "Ok, by my birthday (February), I am going to lose all this weight." It never happened. I can honestly say this is the first year that I KNOW it's going to happen, because I have a real plan of attack, not just beating myself up every day.
It's so worth it. I honestly can't even believe I'm gushing so much over this, but I am so excited that I actually feel like I can do this. I want everyone that has awful about their weight to feel the way I feel now.
You can do it!
