I got this idea from a Salisbury steak recipe by the Pioneer Woman. I sauté some onions, mushrooms, and garlic in Pam. (I deglaze with a little white wine if i have some...) Add some low sodium beef stock, a little mustard, ketchup, and Worcester sauce. If I have fresh thyme, I add that too. Add the stew and heat through! I didn't give amounts because I don't measure... Enjoy!
