Week 1 weigh-in results

I'm happy to report that I lost 4.4 pounds this first week and I'll take it! I started on Sunday and since my appointments are on Saturday, I did have one day less this week so I was a little anxious about how well I would do. My JCC did remind me to get all the food in, which I have to continue working on. I have been tracking my food online using the JC tracker tool, but it shows that my calories have been on the low side so I need to do more volumizing. I feel like I'm going to start sprouting bunny ears any second from all the veggies I have been eating! It's all good though. To go from not eating a ton of fruits and veggies to eating mostly that now, it's definitely an adjustment period. I'm looking forward to seeing how I do on week two.

Good for you Kathy! Great weight loss and just think of the nutritious food you are now getting in while volumizing with veggies..sometimes I am amazed that I still have stuff I haven't eaten and it's already 8:00 pm and I'm not hungry. I know I have to eat everything in order for the program to work! Just love JC!

That's awesome!!!!

It was really hard for me in the beginning to get all the food in. Now that they have lowered my calorie count, it's a little easier. lol And as you go on you will start figuring out how to volumize everything. I've been on JC for over 4 months and I just learned yesterday how to volumize the beef chow mein. :) Check out the recipe forum, there are a ton of ideas in there.

Yes, I have been looking at volumizing ideas people have been posting. I've also pinned ideas on Pinterest so that I have lots of options. I'm also looking forward to the point when they lower my calories so that I can eat less. Ha - I never thought I'd say a sentence like that but it's true.

Kathy that is fantastic...good numbers for the first 6 days on program! Your metabolism is going to speed up and as time goes by and you become more active you're gonna feel like you wish you had more to eat! So it might seem like too much now but just wait, that will change! Bodies are so amazing in the things that they can do, so get ready for nothing but changes all along the way! Happy for you cause it's exciting! :D

Kathy! Congratulations on an excellent first week! We'll all be sprouting little white cottontails, lol! But those veggies sure do help when you just want something to gnaw on.

Back in the saddle again!  Caught myself due to clothes being too tight.  Thank goodness I got rid of the big clothes!
