Would this constitute a non-starchy - unlimited vegetable - when marinara sauce is simply tomato sauce with spices???

When you look in the mirror and see no change, and still keep faith, knowing that in time you will get there if you stay focused and on track, that's the difference between those who succeed and those who fail.

Something else good to do with spaghetti squash: Put some spray butter on it, and use a Limited Free serving of parmesan cheese. Some salsa is good too. I love the stuff.

I have a sweet tooth so I spray my cooked spaghetti squash with I can't believe it's not butter and add cinnamon and Truvia (or splenda, etc) so that I feel like I'm getting a little dessert. (I have this when I'm wanting cooked rice but don't want to add in the extra carbs and calories).
