Blank Menu Planner

Ok- i haven't had to find/print these on this site since before they changed things around, and now i can't find them, anywhere know where they are?

I print blank ones and fill out & put on my fridge each week.

Ok- i'll just print a blank calendar and go off of that i guess. Not a HUGE deal.

Hi Zapsir,

If you go to your personalized dashboard page, you'll see something that says set goals. Click on that, fill in some basic information and then it asks you if you want to create a plan. Read and follow the instructions. This is the closest, I have found to filling in your own form. I think you can print your plan daily and you may have to pre-plan your meals for the next day to make this work. Try it-- it may work for you.

Hi!

Further ti my previous reply, there is a link for printing a pdf version of a blank planner. Just follow the instructions.

Also, you can access the pre-planned menus from the same personalized dashboard page-- follow the steps until it asks you if you want the preplanned menus.

Here's what I found today:
  • Click on Tools; at drop-down menu, click Learn
  • When new page appears, scroll down to 'Resources', click to open
  • At top right of page under where it says 35 items, click on page 3
  • Scroll down to Personalized Menu of your calorie choice; click to open
  • You can save to your computer so you don't have to search for it again.
On that same Resource page, I found the Planned Menus, JC Free Foods List, JC Grocery List and a bunch of other tools. Hope this helps.
