I know most of us are now starting the Halloween challenge, but how did everyone do with their goals for this Labor Day challenge?

For me, I started this challenge wanting to get in 5, one-hour walks a week, which I did. But I had to cut back my 5 days of The Firm workouts to 3 days and, honestly, there were a couple weeks I didn't even get in 3 workouts. Just plain lazy I guess. I don't remember what I weighed when this challenge began but I know that I'm fitting into at least one size smaller in clothing since it began.

I'm happy that everyone will now be starting the Halloween challenge. See you all over there!

So, my goal was to work out 6 days a week. I averaged 4 to 6 days of kickboxing. I wanted to be down a size by the end of August. I'm delighted to report that I bought my first size 12 pants this past Saturday and I was elated! They have some stretch to them, but I'm still owning my size 12. They're a trouser with a slight boot cut. They fit perfect! And I tucked my shirt in! I'm so happy and very proud of myself. I'm usually not one that sticks with something for so long and is successful. This whole journey beginning last May has totally reinvented my frame of mind.

Carmen, Congrats on the size 12's!

I was 2 lbs shy of the goal of reaching 176 lbs by the end of August ( made in August goals Forum) but I did do great on walking and drinking my water. I'm happy with the progress I made and all set for the Halloween challenge!

Goal Weight: whatever I weigh in on 8/08/14 will be it!

6/06/14. 148.1
6/13/14. 147.9
6/20/14. 146.5
6/27/14. 146.2. (6 weeks to goal!)
7/11/14. 145.2. (4 weeks to goal!)
7/25/14. 144.2 (2 weeks to goal!)
8/08/14. 143.6. GOAL!

8/29/14. 139.7 Maintaining between 138.7-140.4 for the last couple of weeks..gonna try and maintain@ 139-140 lbs.
9/24/14 141.4. Lately maintaining between 140.0-142.0... Aiming for 139-140...still experimenting with the right balance of calories to stay at the lower numbers.

sadly my exercise goals arnt very much walking 45 minutes to an hour once a day is about it (by back and knees wont take to much since my injuries) but i made my goal so one more victory it is ^_^
