...and no change. Followed all the rules and foods. I think the scale maybe moved by 4lb. And I am so gassy, it's not even funny! No inches lost on my waist. Today is the first time I wanted to cheat but I opted for some cantaloupe and a big glass of ice water instead and crying.

It's only been ten days! Was Rome built in ten days?? NO!!! You can do this, just be patient, I know that's hard though. We've spent too much time hating how we feel and we're itching to feel better as soon as possible. The gassiness will go away and it will take some time to see your inches going. Keep up the good work and be fueled by your efforts not demotivated!

yeah its gonna take more than 10 days for you to lose weight, but it sounds like you are well on your way with a 4 lb loss! congrats on a great first 10 days. Try to measure yourself every 4 weeks, that way you will notice a change. 10 days is simply not long enough for anything. Expect 1-2 lbs a week loss, if you are 100% on the program and getting in a little exercise. Some weeks will be less, some more, some weeks you wil gain, but over the course of the weeks and months, it will all add up and you will get to your goal weight. Give it some time, weight loss takes lots of time and patience

When you look in the mirror and see no change, and still keep faith, knowing that in time you will get there if you stay focused and on track, that's the difference between those who succeed and those who fail.

Awwww guys thank you so very much for your encouragement. And thank you for reminding me to measure...I completely forgot about that. My main measuring tool though are my pants that I currently can't even get up to my butt. That is my real goal.

Ok. No more whining. ;)

Today is 10 for me & i'm down 4.1 lbs!! Hubs is down 8 lbs!! Very excited to move forward! I lost 125 lbs about 7 years ago & have been able to keep it off pretty much except for the last 20-30 lbs!! Hoping to slim it down with continued determination!! Our biggest obstacles have been family gatherings and going out to celebrate mothers day and birthdays. Anyone else get scared eating out and conquering events? Its mostly becuz the jenny foods have a built in hunger mechanism for me, with the high protein that I find they work best so when I don't eat a jenny meal and I am forced to swap for a meal on my own, i'm not happy about it!! TRYING to stay positive!! Think the first 2 wks are the hardest!!
