I went to the Web Master's forum and, mysteriously, there have been no posts since last month to the Web Master. HMMMM. Very suspicious, considering almost nothing on the website is working properly, don't you think?

It's not like parts of the site have been down for a day or two. This is like 2 weeks now! I'm very frustrated. How are we supposed to stay on the program if we cannot use the tools?

My week starts on the day I visit my center (Tuesday). But to do a 7-day plan, carried it over to the next week and therefore, when I printed my menu, it was double sided (Big PITA). The plan I had previously input was to end on 7/30. So, I went back in and deleted everything I had in there. To those who wondered how to delete a plan; open your plan, click on the meal you want to delete. A meal details box opens. There you will see 'X' next to the item you want to delete. You have to do that for everything you want to remove. Once I had everything deleted, I could start over using Sunday, 7/28 as my start date and next Tuesday, 8/6 as my end date. Using what foods I still had on hand for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, then adding the foods I want to purchase for Wed/Tues. So far, it's working out.
I don't like the way the menu and the shopping list prints. It is such small print, I almost need a magnifying glass to read it. I don't use the JC shopping list. I just use a MS Word doc to list my choices along with my grocery store supplemental shopping list. But previously entered menues are still there by clicking on the calendar at the top of the menu.
I wanted to log in my overall weight loss on the chart so I moved the calendar back to my start date of 12/18/12 to enter my start weight and results of my weekly weigh-in. But, the only weight showing is my most recent entry so it doesn't show a graph of where I started to where I am now. I know how I'm doing but I want to SEE it on my dashboard.
And let's not even talk about the measurments feature. I still haven't figured that one out yet. All I see is one orange dot in a spot on a meaningless graph. And what's with the little slide bars on top of the graph? What do they do? Nothing as far as I can see. What about the 'show all' button? It doesn't show anything. Why is it there? Will it be activated at some point in time? Actually, the only 'show all' that seems to work is the food tracker....but only if I've actually entered my food in the tracker.
Another thing I have a problem with is the grocery food choices. Some calorie counts are wrong on products I use everyday. Yoplait Light FF Yogurt, all flavors is now 90 calories whereas JC food charts still show 100. Not a lot of difference but it adds up. Most of the salad dressings I buy are not even there (Newman's Own, Ken's Light Options & Ken's FF) and no way to add a product. The activity log is not that user friendly either.
Everything seems to be a great improvement at first glance, but it needs a lot of tweaking before it is totally user friendly.
OK, I'm done with my rant. I have to go off and get my own weight loss ticker!
