They have always honored Platinum for me. But I like to add Rewards because of the higher discounts...up to 35% off and that's a true REWARD! Good luck.

I joined Jenny for the first time in 1996. I have gone back 4 times since including just yesterday with no problem but I noticed an expiration date of 2050 and a platinum designation. But there was no fee or any issue

I'm also a Platinum member.  At some point they amended it to Rewards.  Last time I rejoined, they said I had to pay because there was no longer a Rewards program, but I argued, and they figured out that I still have a valid lifetime membership, so no fee. This time there was no question, and he immediately said I rejoin for free.

I rejoined today.  When I scheduled my appointment last week, I was told the same thing.  I insisted they contact corporate since Mama didn't raise a fool.  When I called back a few days ago the girl acted surprised that no one called me to tell me I was fine and there would be no additional charge.  After my first appointment & buying my food, I double checked and I was not charged to rejoin.  Be insistent!

I just rejoined and my platinum membership I bought in 1989 (or whatever the most expensive plan was called back then) and have used many times since then was still in effect so I didn't have to pay anything.

It must vary by location.  I joined for the first time about 20 years ago and bought the plantinum plan.  I've never had to pay any other joining fees ever.

I am a returning customer. My dad bought me the lifetime membership back in 1996. I called the nearest center to me last week, and they accepted me back with no additional charges. She also told me I am lucky because they no longer offer that product,

I have been a member since 92, only once did I pay to upgrade in 2003, and to be honest I don't remember how much but have never paid again to come back in the last eleven years. Good luck!

I am a lifetime member, having joined in 2004.  I don't have to pay to come back, which I have done several times (for a "tune up").  I have kept off over 100 pounds since I lost the weight.  I think the platinum program has changed over the years, but if you have a contract, you have a contract!  I just came back again today, and I will be on it until I lose the 11.6 pounds I want to lose.

Good luck, one and all.

Best, Jill
