I've completely lost my will to lose!! Got down to the lowest I'd ever been and then... I don't know. Got cocky? Careless? Scared? And the weight is now starting to creep back. I need to get my burning drive back and lose the last 25lbs. I AM NOT DONE! I'm finding it hard to stick with the meals like I did in the beginning. I've even missed a few meetings. I think I'm getting tired of the food but I made a commitment to do this and I'm going to see it to the end.

I'm making this my re-commitment declaration:

No alcohol until goal is reached
30min of treadmill M-F at the minimum.
One MOMO a day and one DOMO a week.
Plan my menus and prepare my meals in advance - stop eating on the fly.
Shop and keep all the food I need in the house so I don't have an excuse to eat the wrong thing.
No binging or snacking during the deadly hours of 4pm-7pm.
Be creative with my food and enjoy my meals - this is more than a diet, it's a way of life. An attitude change. I must embrace it.

It's taking me a long time to lose this weight - and sometimes that thought brings me down and makes me discouraged and I want to give up. But I am so much better off then when I started. I must keep going.

Just look at how far you have come... I understand about the getting tired of the same old thing. I believe you can do it, now it's just a matter of you believing and wanting it again so bad that you will make it happen, no matter what. Good luck, keep your head up!

Wow you look fabulous! Yes, do keep it up, you can do this! We are here to help! I know it can get boring I am afraid of that happening to me too cause I get the same way. I think we kinda get like children do in that: they want what they want when they want it! However I heard something on the radio the other day: It's a sign of maturity when you delay pleasure today! When we get to our goal weight, then we can treat ourselves once in a while, just not now!

Madhouse you look fabulous!! Keep up the good work. I find it amazing when I think of an item that weighs what I've lost and how heavy it feels. It helps me focus on how much more healthy I already am. You can do it!!! :)

I'm recommitting yet again - looking back on it all I see that if I'd just hung on at whatever stage I was, I would have been better off - so I'm hanging on NOW and turning this sinking ship around. This morning I did not want to go to my weigh in - I knew I was up and it was going to be discouraging - and it was - but now I have the food and I can get real about this weight loss. If I want to be healthy and fit and sexy, I know what I have to do and I can play games all I want but it's simple - follow the plan, make it and myself a priority - ride out the cravings, get on the treadmill, go for my walks, one step at a time, literally - slow and steady will win this race. : )

I've been there many times..up and down..never getting to goal..But I know this time I will do it! Have confidence in yourself..you will get to goal! JC works...just follow program...looks like you know what to do...Just do it
