So... let me understand this right: you get 7 days and 2 snacks per day and you ate all 14 on the first day of the week, is that right?
Well... I would say
#1 - make sure you load up with veggies on the other 6 days of the week
#2 - give yourself a peptalk and remind yourself what it means to not have any snacks for the rest of the week
#3 - maybe go to your supermarket and buy ONE box of 100 cal snacks and try to have one a day...
#4 - make sure you don't buy more than one box... otherwise you'll end up eating them all on the second day and then you are in great big doo doo...
lastly #5.... try to figure out why it's so tempting to eat all the snacks in one sitting.... because before half way, you did fine, no?
is it what usually happens? You reach half way and you think "ah... whatever! I have done so well... I deserve a goodie... or two... or three... and I'll make up for it...."
That's called cheating yourself ... and we all do it!
We are all addicts to some degree... food addicts! And we will all be watching over what we eat FOR THE REST OF OUR LIFES! It's pretty much like alcoholics who can't ever have a drink again.
It took me quite a few years to realize this. But at meetings of OA (overeaters annonymous) I realized that my drug is food.... and I am a junkie and will always be a junkie...
The good thing about it is: I realized it and I am working on the change!!

Goal 1: 264 lbs = 8 lbs lost - MADE IT! :) June 10
Goal 2: 260 lbs = 12 lbs lost - MADE IT! :) June 20
Goal 3: 256 lbs = 5% - 16 lbs lost - by Civic Day (Aug 6)
Goal 4: 250 lbs = 22 lbs lost - by Labour Day (Sep 3)
Goal 5: 245 lbs = 10% - 27 lbs lost - by Thanksgiving (Oct 8)
Goal 6: 240 lbs = 32 lbs lost - by Halloween (Oct 31)
Goal 7: 235 lbs = 37 lbs lost - by Nov 30
Goal 8: 232 lbs = 15% - 40 lbs lost - by Christmas 2012

C'mon - you worked so hard to get where you are. Don't blow this!
And, PLEASE come to the boards more often. We're all here to help each other and you sound like you can use some support and we want to give it to you.

one year later May (2013): 5/5 (-1.8) Nice start to month. 5/12 (-0.8)
April(2013): 4/6 (-1.6); 4/14 (-0.8); 4/21 (-0.4); 4/28 (-3.0) all that exercise finally paid off! 169.8--below goal!
March has had it's problems--up and down around the 178 lb mark. Recommitting TODAY! (3/18/2013) as of 3/30 I am 2 lb down for the month and 100.4 lb down total! YEAH!
Fierce in February: 2/3 (-1.8); 2/10 (-0.8) 2/17 (-1.2); 2/24(+0.6--Dang it!) 3/2 (-0.8) down 4 for the month--I'll take it!

How about you get one box of 100 cal bags of popcorn? One per day. It fills you up nicely and you have something to snack on.
I have those in my cupboards too. And kashi cereal bars, though they are 150 cal per piece.
Now that you are half way you should start taking more responsibility for your meals and do MOMOs anyway. Has your consultant talked about this with you? Have you thought about it? Do you feel comfortable to do one MOMO a day for example?
And oh... by the way... I have had days when I ate 3 triple choc cheesecakes in one sitting as well... those were the bad days... from now on I want only good days for both of us!

Personally, I'd bury them or store them someplace out of the way so that it's not like opening the fridge, freezer or cupboard and seeing them and having them tempt you.
This way when you go for one, you are TRULY making a CHOICE to go off plan - rather than just an impulse move.

I can only say - "Just stop it!"
Make sure you dont go hungry during the day - eat regularly.
Dicipline. Dicipline. You know in your heart that the bottom line is - you have to control yourself. :-)
The suggestion above to put the snacks somewhere not so accessable is a good idea. I had some in the trunk of the car in a box. (Nothing that would melt of course) It worked. Of course I could still go get them if I wanted but it was that extra step that gave me one more moment to think before acting.
I would have to put my shoes on to go out side.... then get the keys, go into the trunk in the cold or rain... blah blah - all of that gave me a few extra moments to re-think - how bad to I want it. Do I want it more than the -1 lb on the scale?
hmmms........ Just stop yourself. :-)

Another thing that I would do if I have the inkling to eat all the snacks at one time I would drink another 20 oz bottle of water or maybe if you have drank your quota I would give myself a prize and drink a diet soda...it is only one calorie and better than eating those 100 calorie snacks....But I do agree they are to die for they are so good.
