Hi, I'm still pretty new to JC. . .just finishing week 4.  I've been doing pretty well with the eating plan, but am disappointed in myself for not really getting back on-track with activity.  I was hoping JC might issue some type of summer fitness challenge now that it's June.  Any thoughts as to how that works?

Thanks!  I definitely need some activity motivation!!!

Hi Cathy! I have never seen JC to issue challenges... but this board is quite active and I believe you just joined the monthly June challenge! I have been around before and must say that these weekly WI's and challenges work well for me. I hope they can inspire you as well!

If you like to have another workout related challenge, maybe you should open a group! I am sure there are many more of us out there who would be interested! While the June challenge is mostly about a certain # of lbs lost (but not only!) you might want to do a challenge for "X steps per day" or "X km/miles run" or "X min workout per day" or something like that.

Hey, I found one!  It's called the Jumpin' into June challenge. . .I think it's in the "returning clients" forum.  I don't know how I found it. . .it just popped up on my screen randomly??  Weird, huh. . .kind of like destiny.  "If you think about it, it will come!"

I'm going to check that out. The forum is a great motivating tool for fitness. I read so much about others  journey on C25K that I finally HAD to try it. So much better than just trying to run on my own. Check it out.
