I just keep eating! I have such a terrible relationship with food and I want so badly to be healthy and get on track! I'm thinking of starting on Jenny Craig--how much money is it?

There are a variety of programs and since you don't have a lot to lose, you probably can do a program that's under $40 to join BUT then there's the cost of food which can run from $100 to $150 a week depending on what you're ordering. And you need to add veggies to that.

But while all of the food, exercise and such will help you lose the weight, you still need to figure out how to change your relationship with food so you don't end up right back where you are now and the boards here will help. We'll cheer you on, offer tips, listen to problems, etc.

Make an appointment and talk with a JC consultant. You don't have to sign up if you don't want to but it is worth your time to speak to someone at your local JC Center.

Let us know how it goes. :)

I'm sorry you are having such a bad time right now. We are all here for the same reason so don't feel alone. It is good that you have caught it before it gets too out of control. I waited way too long to get back to JC. I am not looking back though. The important thing is what I am doing now. I hope you decide to join us. You will be surprised how good the food is and how well the program works.
