Is it still okay to do the cheese swap for a milk, or do I need to give up something else during the day to do it?
Thanks!!

However, I do remember reading on one of the JC forums that 2 low fat string cheeses = 1 milk serving!
Maybe you should ask a JC Dietician for clarification. I'm not crazy about nonfat milk but love cheese so I was hoping...I think I will start making a nonfat iced latte in the morning now that the weather is getting warmer. Do you like smoothies? Light vanilla yogurt and frozen berries (or any fruit) make a delicious smoothie. I have been having nonfat Greek yogurt & strawberries for morning snack and then light vanilla yogurt & berries for an afternoon smoothie. Good luck and welcome back!!
