What type of armband comes with the JC program?

There are several different types of arm bands and i was wondering what type of band you get with JC. Also, are there additional monthly fees?

I paid for my original fee and then a month later I got the bodymedia fit armband. It was a one time fee of 200 more, with a six month free sibscription to bodymedia.com. After that I believe its around ten dollars a month. Completely worth it! Love my armband!
