I started Jenny Craig on my birthday last September and have gone from 225 pounds to 162 so far, with about 30 pounds to go (hopefully by my next birthday). I have traditionally gotten "stuck" right around 160 before, so I feel like I need an extra push to get past that threshold. I'd love to be at 152 by this time next month. Does ten pounds seem do-able? Who's with me?

Wow, you are doing great. I know what it's like to be stuck at a certain number. Actually I would love to be stuck where you are! But, it's not about me. Yes, I think 10 pounds is doable but it is the max JC wants us to lose in a month. They say 1-2 pounds per week. If you really pump up the exercise that would help, although I have no idea what your'e doing now. Try talking to your JCC and ask her about all of this. I know that there are times we lose faster and then slow down. Maybe May can be your big loser month! Just do your best and accept it, knowing you have done your best.

I'm in. I've been stuck since the beginning of the year. I have a weigh-in tomorrow. As of last Wednesday, I had 13.2 pounds to goal. I'll use my weight as of tomorrow as my starting weight.
