I like my food crispy and this weekend I used my George Foreman Grill with some good success.  I grilled my turkey panini, with a wedge of light Laughing Cow and it was pretty good.  I also grilled my fish and chips last night and they also were better than microwaving.  Grilled for about 7 minutes.
Sincerely,
Pegs

My christmas last year was the grill with the changeable plates.  Last night I used the deep plate to cook cabbage, onions and peppers.  It's so much easier to clean than skillets and cooks pretty fast.  I love mine, too!
Lowered Goal to 160!

I LOVE MY GEORGE FOREMAN, I am already on my second one. I bought the big family size one, and keep the smaller one in my camper. My favorite recipe is for home-made quesidillas (I am sure that is not spelled correctly!)

la tortilla brand tortillas (only 100 cals for a big one!)
dice tomatoes
dice onions
dice hot peppers
dice cooked chicken/hamburger (I have even used Jenny Chili!)
dice green peppers
low fat shredded cheese

Add all your ingredients to half the tortilla, fold in half and pop in the grill for about 5 min. Make sure that you put the opening of the tortilla facing up, the grill slopes down and once the cheese starts melting gravity take over!

Cut into thirds and enjoy!!, I add low fat sour  cream , salsa, and home-made guacamole on the side!!
