Because of my work schedule and rotating days off, I had to put a couple of my JC appointments in closer together. And I'm excited to say, I'm down another pound, in just 5 days since my last JC weigh in! Not bad if I say so myself!

Not bad at all! Awesome 5-day weight-loss, keep it up! Imagine what NEXT week's WI will be like!
