Week 2, just weighed in, no loss - sad :(

When i first started JC 2 years ago, my 2nd week i did not lose any weight. no clue why- but i just kept on going and lost every week after that. i swear there is a week 2 curse - they even say it on the show "the biggest loser"... maybe our bodies are just more aware of these new changes. don't worry about it though...just keep on going and you will see loss every week! i promise you that. not to be too nosy but may i ask how much you are trying to lose??

JennyBeth, hang in there. It is NOT unusual. It's frustrating, but not rare. So stick to the plan, do your best, have faith and chances are excellent that you'll see a considerable loss next week.

Roxy - not alot (10 official pounds, 12 to give me cushion), so I know it's harder. Still, week 2, I expected to still show some little movement for my hard work...ah well, at least I didn't run off and shove a bunch of candy in my mouth! the old me might have done just that! so, progress, in a weigh (lol). Thanks for the encouragement.

Hang in there! I can relate... Just had week 4 weigh in and up 1 1/2 pounds! I stuck to program to a T! Not sure why I gained. Maybe more muscle since I have been working out? Not sure... I thought about grabbing a donut after weigh in but decided against it since I had just shelled out 118.00 for the food! Just had my JC oat bar, milk and fruit! Off to worked armed with LOTS of water!

We can do THIS!!!

I've lost 80 lbs. with Jenny (still about 25 to go) and can tell you I'd have MANY week like that.
BUT...I'll be honest maybe I didn't get the plan to the T; I'd excercised a lot; I was at a plateau, etc. but usually what would happen is a couple weeks later I would get a 2-3 lbs. drop. Also, along the way I was constantly losing inches.
