I read a recipe that called for Whey Protein and, when I went to the GNC store, they also suggested it as a healthy meal replacement and/or addition to a diet when you work out a lot which I do...
Can you please give me the exchanges for 1 scoop (an addition to diet) and 3 scoops (a meal replacement)?

The product is caled Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 and the 3 school nutrition is as follows:

3 scoops
Calories - 280 Calories from fat - 10
Total Fat - 1 g with 0.5 Saturated Fat
Cholesterol - 15 mg
Total Carb - 7 g
Dietary Fiber - 1 g, Sugars - 2 g
Protein - 60 g
Calcium - 280 mg
Sodium - 350 mg
Potassium - 350 mg

1 scoop would be 1/3 all of the above I guess, so, at 90ish calories would this be a good replacement for a Dairy/LF meat exchange?

Thank you for your post,

3 scoops= 1 milk, 7 1/2 meat
1 scoop= 3 meat

This would be fine to use as a milk/meat replacement.

Best Wishes,
