A good exercise goal for weight loss includes 30- 45 min. of moderate- intensity cardiovascular activity 5 or more days a week AND 10-20 min. of resistance activity 2 to 3 days a week. Include the same for weight maintenance, but aim for 45-60 min. of cardio.
