What do you all use to wash the strap for the arm band? I rub alcohol on the device, but not sure what to do about the actual band...

Ideas?

Thanks,
Gretchen

The bodymedia website suggests hand washing with soap and water...seems to make the most sense. They also suggest not using the dryer because it could affect it.

I through mine in the washing machine, no dryer. Just make sure the pokey part of the velcro is attached or it can damage the rest of your load. I bought a second strap so that I can rotate straps with the wash.
