I am very happy to report that I weight in at 2 pounds less, a relief since the week before last I had lost only 1 pound.

So 15 down, and 48 more to go!

(And my wife has taken of 16 pounds, at her half way point, looking good and feeling better.)

I hope everyone here has as good a week, or better!

Goal -- to lose 63 pounds (150 pound target weight)

Started January 2012 at 213 pounds
May 2012 -- 176 and still dropping

Month 4 - 1.7 (on vacation for 2 weeks)
Month 5 - 3.3
Month 6 - 6.1
Month 7 -4.2
Month 8 -6.0
Month 9 - 5.2 and 24 inches lost so far
Month 10 - 3.2 (had a gain one week this month
Month 11 - 5.4
