HELP!!

I am having some difficulty figuring out these extra calories to make the 2300. On the back of my personalized menu it says for 2000 calories to add 1/2C Nonfat Milk, 1 sandwich or jenny cuisine option. For 2300 it says double that or add 1 meat, 2 starch, 1 fat, and 1/2 milk. So, TOTAL am I adding 1 meat, 2 starch, 1 fat, and 1/2 milk or 2 meat, 4 starch, 2 fat, and 1 milk?? And is that on top of the after lunch snack that says 1 starch, 1 meat, 1 fat?? Also, could you please give me suggestions for how to use up all these exchanges. I am just really confused and I know I haven't been getting them all in. Am I supposed to only eat certain meals together to eat a certain calorie intake or carb intake? Or are all meals relatively the same and it just doesn't matter what meal I eat when?? You need to add 2 Meat, 4 Starch, 2 Fat, 1 Milk to your menu plus your afternoon snack (1 Starch, 1 Meat, 1 Fat). Please take a look at your Volumetrics Pocket Guide for options for your exchanges or discuss with your consultant on your next appointment.
