What did you wear for your "I Can Do It!" photo? Should I go for a normal outfit of mine or go for the what makes me look heaviest routine?

I never had a picture taken but a great idea I've seen here is to go in something that down the road you can put on and then really see (and show us) how much you have lost at half-way and goal. So I would probably go for something that I look the heaviest in. Te-hee.

I think I would wear something I wear every day. Nothing special, but something you wouldn't mind people seeing you in (No bra and panties pic, for example)

I just wore what fit me which was an ugly Hawaiian shirt and black slacks. NOT attractive! LOL

It truly was a HUGE shocker when I had my AFTER picture taken. (Again, I just wore a top and slacks but the change was AMAZING!) :)

So wear what will make you feel best when you get to goal (and possibly could be a bigger inspiration to stick to the plan. :)

I was disappointed that my center didn't take a "Before" picture right when I started. Now that I'm down almost 60 pounds, they are re-doing their board and want to put me up on it. So I will have to provide my own "Before" picture (and I sure have plenty to choose from! Oy!) The trick will be finding the identical outfit to take the "Now" picture in! :-p

I didn't know I was going to have my picture taken so I just wore what I wore...which was NOT PRETTY!!! :) I'm actually glad I didn't know, because this "before" photo is also going to be a reminder of just how bad my self-esteem had gotten. I can't believe I let myself go out in public like that, but I had convinced myself there was nothing to work with so why bother.

My self-esteem is growing as my waistline is shrinking. :)

I just wore the outfit I had that day on too. Maybe I should have worn something more tight fitted, but I don't wear those types of shirts in public. Heck no. I'm sure I'll be able to tell the difference when I reach my halfway mark. I'm sure I'll be able to tell the difference in my jean sizes! Don't stress about the outfit. You have more important things to worry about than that!

I'm an at home client so there was no before picture but my breaking point was while my hubby & I were on vacay and when I got back I developed the pics..........that is my before and I am holding onto it (in disgust) and I am going taking a new one of us together every month as I am going to put that other photo to shame!!!!

My husband is very supportive of me and my weight loss! He wants to start working out again so he can "build" and "show" more muscle. But he is be no means over weight. Anyways..he actually had his own idea and took pictures of me in my bra and underwear straight on and then sideways. I probably wont show them to anyone as before pics, but I think it'll be nice to look back and think: "Oh my god, look how far I've come!" :)

Hannah --- yes, that will be a keepsake, even if it's just for your eyes! I'm sure it will be a wonderful motivator!!
