Ok well my WI for week 3 was 2.0lbs down :-) I am very happy with this. LOL my hubby who is just doing the Lose It! ap lost nine pounds ugh men I didn't even think he had that much to loose. I am so happy with the progress even more since we eat out a lot and go to events alot and we are still doing so well. I was a little mad at myself I picked A LOT at the superbowl party, but I did zumba before and will workout again today. I will not beat myself up over one little day. Hope everyone is doing well :-)

Tessie, yes, men lose more easily (I think it's the testosterone and it's just not fair - LOL). But congrats on the loss and on realizing that even though you might have gone off a little bit yesterday, you worked out and you're back on track. Whoo-hoo! That's the right attitude! :)

Good job Andrea!!! I start week 4 after my weigh in on tuesday. I had a horrible week last week but am heading to the gym today. You're right we can't beat ourselves up over mistakes me make. Thanks for letting me know i'm not the only one who "grazed" super bowl sunday. ;) Good luck on week 4!
God bless,
Kayla

Well, I really, really, really, didn't want to stay on track Sunday, but since we didn't actually go to a party, it was easier to stay on track, lol..........I probably would have eaten everything in sight yesterday if we had been somewhere else,, but I am so happy that you are back on track and you will thank yourself for it! And zumba sounds soooo fun!! That's my first reward to myself when I get under 200, I'm going to join a zumba class!!
Good luck and you are doing awesome!
