Plateau...need help

I highly doubt you are plateauing this soon, it would take several weeks of maintaining for it to be a true plateau in my opinion. You could just be stalled out, and need a lil jump start.
I would suggest switching up your workout routine to keep your body guessing for starters, and make sure you are getting enough water in....that makes a huge difference!
