Hi Lori!

I highly doubt you are plateauing this soon, it would take several weeks of maintaining for it to be a true plateau in my opinion. You could just be stalled out, and need a lil jump start.

I would suggest switching up your workout routine to keep your body guessing for starters, and make sure you are getting enough water in....that makes a huge difference!

Good luck...you will be losing again soon!!!

Make sure you are sticking right to the plan. Water water water. Get your exercises in. Keep it up and it WILL come off. I have had weeks where I stayed the same or gained. It was usually water weight because within a few weeks, I'd have a 2 - 3 pound loss. You just have to be tougher than your body and don't give in!

Ditto to Melissa and Debbie's advice. Exercise, faithfulness to the plan, and water, water, water and you should see it gone soon. Hang in there. :)

Many thanks to ALL of you who responded to my request for help. I do not plan to give up ...just getting a little discouraged. I will take advantage of all the suggestions ....starting with water. I know I need to drink more. I've got a glass on my computer desk right now. It's almost gone and I will refill it. Blessings to all of you. - Lori
